1. Industrial Product Design
We develop products from the initial idea or basic sketch through to a complete, manufacturing-ready design. Our industrial product design service covers concept development, form and function refinement, 3D CAD development, material and manufacturing considerations, and design optimization to create functional, practical, and production-ready products.
2. CAD Modeling
Our CAD modeling service is ideal for clients who need standalone 3D CAD work without requiring complete product development. We can create new models from sketches, dimensions, images, or references, as well as edit, modify, or improve existing CAD files. The models can be prepared for a variety of purposes, including visualization, design development, documentation, simulation, manufacturing, or 3D printing.
3. 3D Scanning & Reverse Engineering
We can digitize existing physical products and convert them into usable CAD models. Clients can send us the physical product for 3D scanning, or provide existing scan data, point clouds, or mesh files. We then process the data and recreate accurate, editable solid CAD models that can be further modified or prepared for manufacturing.
4. Prototyping
We help clients turn their digital designs into physical prototypes for testing, evaluation, and presentation. Using existing CAD models or models developed by our team, we can prepare designs for 3D printing and produce physical prototypes to evaluate form, fit, function, and overall design before moving toward final production.
5. Engineering Drawings
We create professional technical drawings from existing CAD models or assemblies, following appropriate engineering and drafting standards. Our drawings can include dimensions, tolerances, annotations, section views, detail views, BOMs, and other manufacturing information required to clearly communicate the design to manufacturers and fabricators.
6. Product Rendering
We transform existing or newly developed CAD models into high-quality photorealistic product renders for e-commerce, websites, marketing, presentations, catalogs, and promotional materials. Whether you already have a finished CAD file or need us to create the model first, we can produce realistic visuals that showcase your product from the right angles, materials, colors, and environments.
